What we make and who buys it

We manufacture cleaning tools — the physical products people reach for, rather than the chemicals they pour. Microfiber and wood pulp cloths, mops and brooms, bins and hooks. Wood pulp sponges, foam sponges, steel wool and scouring pads for the kitchen. Bath poufs, sponges, toilet brushes and makeup sponges. Wash brushes, mitts, squeegees, drying towels and wheel brushes for cars.

Our customers are supermarket and discount retail buyers building own-brand ranges, distributors serving hardware and homeware channels, e-commerce brands, car care brands, and promotional and premium buyers who need a branded item in volume. Most orders ship under the customer's own brand.

Why a manufacturer rather than a trading company

A trading company can quote anything, which sounds like an advantage until a specification question arrives that needs a real answer. We hold four joint-venture plants across three material domains — wood pulp cotton sheet, wood pulp cotton blocks, microfiber textiles and coordinated injection moulding — so when you ask whether 300 GSM will survive twenty industrial washes, or whether a Pantone match is realistic on a moulded bucket body, the answer comes from a line we control rather than from a catalogue.

The practical difference shows up when a specification needs to change. Adjusting sheet density, moving a microfiber blend from 90/10 to 80/20, or thickening the wall at a brush neck are decisions we make inside the group. A trader has to ask a supplier for a favour, and usually reports back that it is not possible. That is also why we can hold a specification steady for years: the process that produces it is not someone else's to change.

One-stop, defined honestly

Our own plants do not cover every material in the catalogue, and we would rather say so than be found out at an audit. Foam, mesh, konjac, steel wool, nylon abrasives, PVA and brush filament come from partner factories within about an hour of us. What makes it one-stop is not that we own all of it — it is that you deal with one specification document, one quality standard, one inspection, one set of payment terms and one shipment, whether an item came off our line or a partner's.

It also means the trade-offs get stated. A wood pulp sponge outperforms foam on absorbency and hygiene and dries board-hard, which generates returns if the packaging does not explain it. A blunt-cut wash brush filament looks identical to a flagged one in a photograph and puts swirl marks into clear coat within a season. We would rather lose an order over a specification we do not think will work than win it and handle the complaint later.

Where we are, and why it matters

Jinhua sits in central Zhejiang Province, inside the manufacturing cluster that also contains Yiwu — the largest small-commodities market in the world. Material suppliers, mould shops, printers and packaging converters are all within about an hour. A dieline revision or a colour iteration that would take weeks elsewhere takes days here, and that compresses the part of a private-label programme that most often runs late.

Ningbo / Shanghai is roughly two hours by road, which keeps inland haulage short and freight quotations stable.
