Jinhua, Zhejiang China · Manufacturer & one-stop sourcing partner
One order. Four cleaning ranges. Material we control.
JINHUA SINOCLEAN CO., LTD runs four joint-venture plants across three material domains — wood pulp cotton, microfiber and injection moulding — and supplies household, kitchen, bath and car cleaning ranges from them. Private label from 3,000 pcs per item / colour, samples in 5–7 days.
01 Product divisions
Four ranges, one supply chain
Each division is developed for retail: hang-tag ready, colour-matched across a family, and specified precisely enough that the same order placed twelve months later produces the same product.
02 Group structure
We own the material, not just the order
Four joint-venture plants cover the three material processes that decide whether a cleaning tool is any good. The rest of the catalogue is produced by partner factories in the same cluster, against our specification and our inspection standard.
Wood pulp cotton sheet plant
Cellulose sheet and roll stock — the base material for sponge cloths and wipes
Wood pulp cotton block plant
Converted blocks and dish sponges, plain or abrasive-laminated
Microfiber plant
Knitted and woven microfiber: flat cloth, plush, chenille, twisted loop, waffle
Injection moulding coordination plant
Moulded bodies and handles: mop heads, buckets, bins, dustpans, brush bodies, holders, hooks
03 Why buyers stay
What we do differently from a trading company
One purchase order, four ranges
Household, kitchen, bath and automotive cleaning come from one group in Jinhua. You consolidate a mixed container from a single supplier, with one specification document, one inspection, one set of terms and one shipment — instead of four relationships to manage.
Private label is the default
Most of what we make ships under a customer’s brand. Custom colours, sizes, die-cut shapes, printed packaging and multilingual inserts are routine work, not special projects.
Specification discipline
Split fibre, flagged filament tips, latex-free foam, encapsulated brush cores — the details that separate a good product from a complaint are written into the order and checked against a retained reference sample.
Short route to port
Jinhua sits about two hours from Ningbo, so inland haulage is short and costs stay predictable. We quote FOB, CIF, EXW and work with your forwarder or ours.
04 How we work
From enquiry to container
A first order runs 16–24 weeks end to end. Most of the overrun in this industry happens in artwork, not on the production line, which is why we send the dieline early and prototype the packaging before mass production.
Send the specification
Item, material and grade, size, colour reference, packaging format, target quantity and destination market. The last one matters more than buyers expect — it determines which test reports and pack markings apply.
Quotation within one business day
Unit price, MOQ, lead time and carton dimensions. If a specification will cause a problem downstream, we say so at this stage rather than after the deposit.
Samples in 5–7 days
Stock samples free of charge; you cover courier. Custom samples in 10–15 days with the fee refunded against your first production order.
Artwork and pre-production sample
We send the dieline, your designer works to it, and we produce a physical packaging prototype. You approve the real product in the real pack before anything is committed.
Production, inspection, shipment
25–35 days, then AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC team is welcome and never charged for.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturing group and a one-stop sourcing partner. Four joint-venture plants cover three material domains: a wood pulp cotton sheet plant, a wood pulp cotton block plant, a microfiber textile plant, and an injection moulding coordination plant. Those cover the cloths, sponge cloths, dish blocks, mop refills, wash mitts, drying towels and all moulded bodies and handles. Materials outside those domains — PU and melamine foam, PE mesh poufs, konjac, steel wool, nylon abrasives, PVA chamois, brush filament — are produced by partner factories within about an hour of us, against our specification and inspected to the same standard. We say which is which rather than describing everything as in-house, because a buyer who audits us should find exactly what the website said.
Why does it matter that you own the material plants?
Because material is what specification changes actually touch. Moving a microfiber blend from 90/10 to 80/20, raising wood pulp sheet density so a cloth dries harder, or thickening the wall at a brush neck are decisions made inside our group rather than requested as a favour from a supplier. It also means a specification can be held steady for years: the process that produces it is not someone else’s to change without telling us.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per item, per colour. Mixed containers are welcome: you can combine several products from different divisions to fill a 20ft or 40ft container, and each item only needs to reach its own 3,000-piece minimum. For products that need custom tooling or a Pantone-matched colour, the minimum rises to 5,000 pieces.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 5–7 days and are free of charge; you cover the courier cost. Custom samples with your own size, colour, print or packaging take 10–15 days and carry a sample fee that is refunded against your first production order.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production runs 25–35 days after we receive the deposit and you approve the pre-production sample. Repeat orders of an unchanged item typically ship in 20–25 days. Peak season, roughly August to November, adds about a week, so plan Q4 programmes accordingly.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes — private label is the majority of what we produce. That covers your logo and artwork on the product and packaging, custom colours including Pantone matching, custom sizes and die-cut shapes, your choice of retail format (blister card, colour box, printed sleeve, header bag), and multilingual instruction inserts. Full ODM development, where we design a product to your brief, is also available.
