OEM and ODM cleaning products, built to your brand
Most of what leaves our factory ships under a customer's brand. Custom colours, sizes, die-cut shapes, printed packaging and multilingual inserts are routine work here, not special projects.
A private-label cleaning products programme with JINHUA SINOCLEAN CO., LTD runs 16–24 weeks from first enquiry to warehouse arrival: 1–2 weeks specification, 2–3 weeks sampling, 2–4 weeks artwork and dieline, 2 weeks pre-production sample approval, 4–5 weeks production, 1 week inspection, then 4–6 weeks sea freight. MOQ is typically 3,000 pcs per item / colour per item and per colour. Stock samples are free in 5–7 days; custom sample fees are refunded against the first production order.

Capabilities
If something you need is not listed, ask. The limits here are commercial — tooling cost and MOQ — far more often than technical.
Colour
Pantone matching on fabric, foam and moulded plastic. Two or three iterations are normal on a moulded body, so where the shade is not part of your brand identity, a stock colour saves one to two weeks.
Packaging
Header cards, hang tags, blister and clamshell, PP or PE printed bags, shrink bundles, colour boxes, kraft sleeves and multi-packs. Multilingual instruction inserts and barcode placement handled at dieline stage.
Documentation
Material composition statements, country-of-origin marking, recycling symbols, importer address blocks and test reports for your destination markets — collected before artwork, not after.
Quality control
In-line checks during production, AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection, and a retained reference sample held against your order number so a later dispute is evidence rather than opinion.
Materials
Split microfiber in 80/20 and 90/10, wood pulp cellulose sheet and block, and PP/ABS mouldings come from our own four joint-venture plants, so blend ratio, GSM, sheet density and wall thickness are ours to change. PU and melamine foam, PVA, PE mesh, steel wool, nylon abrasives, filament and bamboo are produced by cluster partners to our specification.
Ranges
Colour-matched families across all four divisions so a retailer can present a coherent own-brand wall rather than four unrelated products. Because the microfiber and moulding lines are in-group, a colourway can be held consistent across a cloth, a mop refill and a bucket.
02 Process
Sixteen to twenty-four weeks, and where it slips
Artwork is the stage that overruns, not the production line. Collect every mandatory pack element — barcode, origin, composition, recycling marks, importer address, translations — before your designer opens the file, and the programme lands on time.
Specification and NDA
You send the item list with material, size, colour, packaging format, quantity and destination markets. We sign an NDA before receiving artwork or proprietary designs. Week 1–2.
Quotation and sampling
Unit price, MOQ, lead time and carton dimensions. Stock samples in 5–7 days to settle material questions; custom samples in 10–15 days to settle commercial ones. Week 2–5.
Artwork and dieline
We send the dieline, your designer works to it, we check print feasibility and produce a physical packaging prototype. This is the stage that overruns most often in this industry, which is why we start it in parallel with sampling. Week 4–8.
Pre-production sample
The real product, on the real line, in the real packaging. Approved in writing item by item against the retained reference sample. This is the last point where a change costs nothing. Week 8–10.
Production
25–35 days after deposit and pre-production approval; 20–25 days on unchanged repeat orders. We send a photo update at roughly 50% completion so colour drift or a packaging error can still be corrected. Week 10–15.
Inspection and shipment
AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TÜV, or your own QC team, is welcome and never charged for. Then booking, documentation and sailing. Week 15–16.

04 What we need from you
A good first enquiry saves a month
- Item and material grade. "Microfiber cloth" is not a specification; "80/20 split microfiber, 300 GSM, 30×40 cm, edgeless" is.
- Target quantity per item and colour. This is what determines whether the range is viable at MOQ.
- Destination markets. Determines required test reports and pack markings. Naming them in week one is the single cheapest thing you can do.
- Packaging format. Header card, blister, printed bag, colour box or bulk — this drives both cost and artwork timeline.
- Your launch date. We work backwards from it and tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

OEM and ODM questions
What is the difference between OEM and ODM for cleaning products?
OEM means you bring the design and specification and we manufacture it. ODM means you start from one of our existing products and we adapt it — your size, colour, material grade and packaging on a proven base. ODM is faster and cheaper for a first range because the tooling and process already exist; OEM makes sense when the product itself needs to be different from anything on the market.
What is the minimum order quantity for private label?
Typically 3,000 pieces per item per colour, and 1,000–2,000 for larger moulded items like buckets and bins. The important detail is that MOQ applies per item and per colour, so a range of eight products in three colours is twenty-four minimums, not one. We would rather help you narrow a first range than watch it stall on arithmetic.
Do you charge for samples?
Stock samples are free and you cover the courier. Custom samples — your size, colour, print or packaging — carry a fee that covers materials and setup, and we refund it against your first production order.
Can you design the packaging for us?
We produce the dieline and can do straightforward layout work, but for retail packaging that has to compete on shelf we recommend your own designer working to our dieline. We check print feasibility, produce a physical prototype and confirm colour on the actual board before production.
Who owns the design and tooling?
You own artwork and any design you supply. Where you pay for a custom mould or die, that tooling is yours and dedicated to your orders. We will sign an NDA before receiving your files, and we do not offer a customer-funded mould to another buyer.
Can you meet REACH, LFGB or CA Prop 65 requirements?
Yes, and the constraint is usually testing cost and time rather than material. Name every destination market in your first enquiry so the required test reports surface in week one instead of week fifteen — late regulatory discovery is one of the most expensive delays in this industry.
