What to include in a first enquiry
- Item, material and grade — "80/20 split microfiber, 300 GSM, 30×40 cm, edgeless" rather than "microfiber cloth"
- Quantity per item and per colour
- Destination markets, which determine test reports and pack markings
- Packaging format: header card, blister, printed bag, colour box or bulk
- Your target launch date, so we can work backwards and be honest about it

03 Sourcing FAQ
Questions buyers ask
If your question is not here, ask it in the form above — a specification question answered before the deposit is worth far more than one answered after.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturing group and a one-stop sourcing partner. Four joint-venture plants cover three material domains: a wood pulp cotton sheet plant, a wood pulp cotton block plant, a microfiber textile plant, and an injection moulding coordination plant. Those cover the cloths, sponge cloths, dish blocks, mop refills, wash mitts, drying towels and all moulded bodies and handles. Materials outside those domains — PU and melamine foam, PE mesh poufs, konjac, steel wool, nylon abrasives, PVA chamois, brush filament — are produced by partner factories within about an hour of us, against our specification and inspected to the same standard. We say which is which rather than describing everything as in-house, because a buyer who audits us should find exactly what the website said.
Why does it matter that you own the material plants?
Because material is what specification changes actually touch. Moving a microfiber blend from 90/10 to 80/20, raising wood pulp sheet density so a cloth dries harder, or thickening the wall at a brush neck are decisions made inside our group rather than requested as a favour from a supplier. It also means a specification can be held steady for years: the process that produces it is not someone else’s to change without telling us.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per item, per colour. Mixed containers are welcome: you can combine several products from different divisions to fill a 20ft or 40ft container, and each item only needs to reach its own 3,000-piece minimum. For products that need custom tooling or a Pantone-matched colour, the minimum rises to 5,000 pieces.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 5–7 days and are free of charge; you cover the courier cost. Custom samples with your own size, colour, print or packaging take 10–15 days and carry a sample fee that is refunded against your first production order.
What is the production lead time?
Mass production runs 25–35 days after we receive the deposit and you approve the pre-production sample. Repeat orders of an unchanged item typically ship in 20–25 days. Peak season, roughly August to November, adds about a week, so plan Q4 programmes accordingly.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes — private label is the majority of what we produce. That covers your logo and artwork on the product and packaging, custom colours including Pantone matching, custom sizes and die-cut shapes, your choice of retail format (blister card, colour box, printed sleeve, header bag), and multilingual instruction inserts. Full ODM development, where we design a product to your brief, is also available.
Which packaging formats can you produce?
Blister and header cards, printed colour boxes, shrink sleeves, PE and OPP header bags, kraft bands, gift boxes, display cartons and floor-ready shelf trays. We supply a dieline for your designer, then produce a physical packaging prototype before mass production so the artwork is verified on the real substrate rather than on screen.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for buyers who prefer platform escrow. For long-running programmes we can discuss terms against a signed annual forecast.
Which Incoterms and ports do you work with?
We quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard, and also handle CIF, EXW and DDP on request. Jinhua sits about two hours from Ningbo port, so inland haulage is short and inland costs stay predictable. We work with your nominated forwarder or ours, whichever you prefer.
How do you control quality?
Quality control runs at four points: incoming material inspection against the approved specification, in-line checks each production shift, a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection on finished goods, and a retained reference sample held for every order so a later complaint can be checked against what was actually approved. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC team is welcome, and we do not charge for inspection access.
Which certifications do you hold?
Certification varies by product line and by the market you are shipping into. Tell us the destination market and the specific item, and we will send the current certificates and test reports that apply to it, along with the material declarations for any food-contact or skin-contact product. We do not publish a blanket certification list, because a certificate that covers one sponge line does not automatically cover another.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. We host buyer visits and third-party social and technical audits at our Jinhua facility year-round. If you cannot travel, we run a live video walkthrough of the relevant production line and share the footage afterwards. Video verification has become the normal first step for most new buyers.
Do you supply compostable and recycled-material options?
Yes. Wood pulp cotton cloths and dish blocks are plant-derived and home-compostable with no plastic binder. Bamboo handles are available across the brush ranges, and recycled PP is available for buckets, bins, dustpans and brush bodies. If your programme carries an environmental claim on pack, tell us the exact wording early so we can confirm the material substantiates it before you print.
What happens if a shipment has a quality problem?
Send photographs, the affected quantity and the carton or batch code. We check the retained reference sample from that order, identify whether the fault is material, process or handling, and respond with a written finding. Confirmed manufacturing faults are settled by credit against your next order, replacement goods in the next shipment, or refund of the affected portion — your choice.
