Separate face, bath and foot-care use
A facial sponge, bath pouf, exfoliating glove and foot-care block are not one product family from a specification or claim perspective. Give each a separate code, use description, material statement and care instruction.
Record the finished format
Confirm dimensions, thickness or weight, pack count, cord or handle details and retail presentation. If the item is compressed, record the opened size and the condition in which it is packed.
Keep claims conservative
Material names do not prove dermatological suitability, compostability or antimicrobial performance. Ask for the documents that support the exact proposed claim and destination market before artwork is printed.
Sample the use routine
A buyer should test wetting, expansion, texture, odour, drying and pack recovery. Keep the approved sample and the care wording together with the item code.
A specification you can send today
Send the item code or construction, material, size, colour, pack, target quantity and destination market. Ask the supplier to repeat these fields in the quotation and sample record. This keeps the commercial conversation tied to the product that will actually be produced.
