Start with a coded item list
Use one row per SKU with category, product code, description, material, size, pack, quantity and target price. Do not combine similar-looking products into one row; a small change in blend or pack can change the carton and the documents.
Check each item’s MOQ
SINOCLEAN’s standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces per item and colour. A mixed container can combine ranges, but each item still needs its own confirmed quantity and packaging plan. Ask before assuming that a low-volume exception applies.
Calculate cartons before booking
Use the confirmed pcs per carton, carton size, gross weight and 40HQ quantity for each code. Leave room for pallet, loading and freight-forwarder requirements. The final loading plan should use confirmed carton data rather than catalogue estimates.
Keep destination-market requirements visible
Put the country and channel next to the item list. Test reports, pack markings, importer blocks and language requirements can change by market. Finding this in week one is cheaper than changing printed packaging after production.
A specification you can send today
Send the item code or construction, material, size, colour, pack, target quantity and destination market. Ask the supplier to repeat these fields in the quotation and sample record. This keeps the commercial conversation tied to the product that will actually be produced.
